Relief drive for typhoon Ursula conducted

Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro — Malampaya Foundation Inc. (MFI) conducted yet another relief drive for areas hit by typhoon Ursula which struck southern Mindoro on Christmas day 2019.

MFI’s relief effort was undertaken in its conservation community partners Balatasan and Maasin located in the municipality of Bulalacao. Residents recalled the horror of the strength of Ursula which they have never experienced in the past, damaging houses and other light infrastructures.

Assistance includes rehabilitation of enterprise and livelihoods damaged by the storm.
