Batangas City, Batangas — Over one hundred fifty (150) vocational scholars graduated in yesterday’s graduation ceremony held in Batangas City for Malampaya Foundation’s (MFI’s) Bridging Employment through Skills Training (BEST) program.

The scholars were finishers in scaffolding, pipe insulation, electrical installation maintenance and instrumentation control & servicing. Training includes a workshop on work ethics and values formation.

MFI President Belinda Racela, who keynoted the ceremony, exhorted and encouraged the scholars to give their best in their fields of endeavour and reminded them of the qualities of a true batangueno: an excellent worker with a good heart.
The occasion likewise marked BEST program’s 10th year in the province, having started in 2007, with more than 5,500 scholars nationwide.
