Oriental Mindoro—More art, this time on board canvas, were painted by youths of the province to express the importance, fragility and human impacts on the environment.
The painting contests, held in different coastal municipalities, aim to engage the youth sector as part of an education campaign and involvement in the management of coastal and marine resources of their localities.
Prizes were provided by partner local government units to winning entries.
