Puerto Princesa, Palawan - Malampaya Foundation Inc (MFI) on April 15, 2015 formally handed over the administration and operation to the Puerto Princesa School of Arts and Trade (PPSAT) the 72-capacity dormitory housing MFI's Bridging Employment through Skills Training (BEST) program scholars.


The dormitory was built in 2013 to serve as temporary residence for MFI’s BEST trainees being schooled at PPSAT, a top-ranking Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)-accredited vocational school in Region 4-B. MFI’s BEST program seeks to provide vocational schooling to out-of-school youth and are linked to potential employment shortly thereafter.
The dormitory is equipped with living quarters for male and female, dorm master’s room, a kitchen and a mess hall.
