Batangas City, Batangas—Malampaya Foundation Inc. (MFI) and its partners Philippine Red Cross-Batangas Chapter, Batangas Medical Center and the Philippine Medical Association Batangas Chapter held a Medical Mission on June 19 and 20, 2024 at the Ambulong covered court in partnership with the Barangay local government as part of the Malampaya Clinical Laboratory’s continuous medical outreach for partner communities in the city.
Services included free consultations, basic lab services, blood donation, circumcision, health and hygience promotion, first aid lecture demonstration and electrocardiogram. Free over-the-counter medicines and supplements were likewise provided to patients.
The two-day medical mission served a total of 221 patients by 22 medical services volunteers.
