Batangas City, Batangas — A medical mission providing basic laboratory and medical consultation services was conducted at Isla Verde in Batangas City on November 18, 2017.
Some 175 patients were served from the community of Barangay San Agapito and were checked by volunteer doctors from Batangas City. Various hematology and chemistry lab services were also availed by the island’s residents.
The medical mission was organised by Malampaya Foundation Inc. (MFI) with a team composed of Philippine Red Cross Batangas Chapter, PAMET Batangas, Lyceum Phils University, Batangas Medical Center, Rhumba Inc., Quest Care Laboratory Supply. Medicines and supplements were provided by Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation.
