Youth camps were held in various conservation areas of Malampaya Foundation Inc. in El Nido and Taytay, Palawan to impart, among others, the value of ecosystems found in the communities. It also educates the young about international and local laws, and proper protection and conservation of the natural resources.
The camps are held in partnership with other private entities in the areas, local governments and agencies such as the DENR-Protected Area Office and the Palawan Council for Sustainable Devt.
Upon return to communities, the youths are involved in local conservation actions such as community-based information campaigns and clean-ups.
