Subic, Zambales - Seventy (70) scholars completed their courses under Project Galing at Negosyo Dulot ay Asenso (GANDA), a capacity-building program geared for enterprise development, employment or self-employment in the areas of culinary arts, sewing, personal grooming, personal wellness and food processing.
The finishers received their completion certificates in in Commercial Cooking (20), Hairdressing (25) and Reflex Massage (25). Addressing the graduates were Malampaya Foundation President Sabino Santos and Subikena President Mrs. Aloisa Khonghun.
