MFI President Belinda Racela, who keynoted the ceremony, exhorted and encouraged the scholars to give their best in their fields of endeavour and reminded them of the qualities of a true batangueno: an excellent worker with a good heart.

The occasion likewise marked BEST program’s 10th year in the province, having started in 2007, with more than 5,500 scholars nationwide.
